Welcome to Soulful Conversations.

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Soulful Conversations website and, where relevant, the services, programs and experiences offered by Soulful Conversations.

By using this website, making a booking, purchasing a service or participating in a Soulful Conversations offering, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any additional terms provided to you in relation to a particular service.

About Soulful Conversations

Soulful Conversations provides coaching, workshops, breathwork, retreats and related personal development and wellbeing experiences.

Throughout these Terms & Conditions, “Soulful Conversations”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Soulful Conversations and its owner, Tania Langridge.

Our services

Soulful Conversations offers experiences designed to support personal reflection, self-awareness, connection and personal development.

Our services may include:

  • private coaching

  • workshops and group experiences

  • breathwork

  • retreats

  • digital or educational resources

  • other related offerings introduced from time to time.

The details, inclusions, duration and investment for each offering will be outlined on the relevant webpage, booking page, client agreement or other information provided at the time of booking.

Some services may also be subject to additional terms and conditions. Where this applies, these will be provided before or at the time of booking.

Coaching

Coaching is a collaborative process designed to support reflection, personal development and meaningful change.

You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions and wellbeing throughout the coaching relationship. While we may offer questions, observations, practices and resources, coaching does not involve making decisions on your behalf or directing how you should live your life.

Private coaching programs may also be governed by a separate coaching agreement provided before commencement.

Professional scope

Soulful Conversations services are intended for personal development, education and wellbeing purposes.

They are not a substitute for medical care, psychological or psychiatric treatment, counselling, legal advice, financial advice or other appropriately qualified professional services.

Although Tania is a Registered Nurse, services provided through Soulful Conversations are offered within the scope described for the particular Soulful Conversations service and do not establish a nurse-patient or medical treatment relationship unless expressly stated otherwise.

If you have concerns about your physical or mental health, you are encouraged to seek advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

Breathwork and embodied practices

Some Soulful Conversations offerings may include breathwork, meditation, gentle movement, embodiment or other experiential practices.

Participation is always voluntary.

Certain breathwork practices may not be appropriate for everyone. Where relevant, you may be asked to complete a health screening or disclose information that may affect your safe participation before taking part.

You are responsible for providing accurate and relevant information and for following any safety guidance provided.

Where there is uncertainty about whether a practice is appropriate for you, you may be asked to obtain clearance from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional or to participate in an alternative practice.

Bookings and payment

Prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

Bookings may require payment in full, a deposit or an agreed payment plan, depending on the offering.

Where a payment plan is selected, you agree to make payments according to the schedule provided at the time of booking.

Any additional booking or payment terms applying to a particular service will be made available before or at the time of purchase.

Rescheduling private sessions

We understand that life happens.

If you need to reschedule a private coaching or individual session, please provide at least 48 hours' notice wherever possible.

Where less than 48 hours' notice is provided, or a session is missed without notice, the session may be considered used.

We recognise that genuine unexpected circumstances occur and may exercise discretion where appropriate.

Where Soulful Conversations needs to reschedule a session, we will make reasonable arrangements for an alternative time.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation and refund arrangements may differ depending on the service purchased and will be outlined in any additional booking terms or client agreement applying to that service.

Unless otherwise required by law, refunds are not generally provided simply because you change your mind or are no longer able to attend or participate.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantee, right or remedy available to you under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Australian Consumer Law provides consumers with automatic guarantees when purchasing services, including requirements relating to due care and skill and, where applicable, fitness for purpose.

Retreats

Retreat bookings are subject to separate retreat booking terms provided as part of the booking process.

These may address matters including:

  • deposits and payment schedules

  • cancellation and refund arrangements

  • accommodation and room allocation

  • travel documentation and entry requirements

  • travel insurance

  • airport transfers

  • itinerary changes

  • health and participation requirements

  • third-party venues, practitioners, transport providers and other suppliers.

Please read the applicable retreat terms carefully before making a booking.

Workshops and group experiences

Workshop and event details, including date, location, inclusions, investment and any specific cancellation arrangements, will be provided when the experience is announced.

We may need to change the timing, location, facilitator or elements of an experience due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If Soulful Conversations cancels or materially changes an event, we will communicate available options to affected participants, subject always to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Confidentiality

Soulful Conversations respects the personal nature of the conversations and experiences shared within our work.

Information shared privately during individual coaching or other private sessions will be treated confidentially, subject to circumstances where disclosure is required or permitted by law or where there is a serious concern regarding safety.

Group experiences also rely on mutual respect. Participants may be asked to respect the privacy of other participants and not share another person's personal story or identifying information outside the group.

However, because other participants are independent individuals, Soulful Conversations cannot guarantee the conduct or confidentiality of every participant in a group setting.

Further information about how we collect, use and protect personal information is available in our Privacy Policy.

Electronic communication

Soulful Conversations may communicate with clients and participants through platforms such as email, telephone, Zoom, WhatsApp or other agreed communication channels.

While reasonable care is taken when using these services, electronic communications and third-party platforms carry inherent privacy and security risks.

Please avoid sending highly sensitive information through a communication method you are uncomfortable using.

Unless otherwise stated, the content and materials created by Soulful Conversations remain the intellectual property of Soulful Conversations.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • the Awaken Her coaching framework and workbook

  • workshop materials

  • exercises and reflection prompts

  • written resources

  • breathwork or facilitation materials created by Soulful Conversations

  • website copy

  • graphics, recordings and digital resources.

Materials provided to you are for your personal use unless we provide written permission otherwise.

They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, sold, adapted, taught or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Photography and recordings

Soulful Conversations will not intentionally use identifiable photographs, video, testimonials or personal stories of participants for promotional purposes without appropriate permission.

For some workshops, retreats or events, photography or filming may occur. Where this is planned, participants will be informed and given an appropriate opportunity to communicate their preferences.

Third-party services

Some Soulful Conversations experiences may involve third-party providers, venues, accommodation providers, practitioners, payment platforms or other external services.

Where you engage directly with a third party, their own terms, conditions and privacy practices may also apply.

Soulful Conversations is not responsible for the acts or omissions of independent third parties except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.

Website information

We take reasonable care to ensure information on this website is accurate and current.

However, content is provided for general information and may be updated from time to time.

Information on the website should not be relied upon as individual medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Soulful Conversations is not liable for loss or damage arising solely from decisions or actions taken by a participant outside the scope of the services provided, or from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability, consumer guarantees or other rights where doing so would be unlawful.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time as Soulful Conversations evolves, our services change or legal requirements are updated.

The current version will be published on this website with the date of the most recent update.
