My Story
Hi, I'm Tania...and this work was born from lived experience, not theory.
I didn’t grow up within the safety of a traditional family structure. I was raised by a young single mother who was emotionally disconnected, yet doing the best she could with the resources she had. Early on, I learned independence, responsibility, and resilience — alongside a quiet longing to feel deeply seen and held.

At thirty-six, I experienced the ending of a marriage.
And from that chapter, my greatest gifts emerged — my two beautiful children, who remain my heart and my greatest teachers.

Nursing called to me from a young age. As a child, I watched a community nurse care for my grandfather, and something within me knew — this is how I serve. To this day, I continue to nurse, deeply grateful for the privilege of offering care, presence, and compassion to those who need it most.

As a single mother, I worked tirelessly to provide — emotionally, financially, physically.
I gave endlessly.
And like many women, I learned how to survive… while quietly disconnecting from myself.

When my children grew and the house became quiet, I was faced with a question I could no longer ignore:
Who am I now?

I felt lost. Untethered. Disconnected from purpose.
And yet, something within me whispered — it’s time to come home.
The Turning Point
Choosing to invest in myself changed everything.

I began a deep journey of self-discovery — learning to listen inward, to soften, to feel, and to gently unravel the beliefs that had kept me small. I studied with the Dharma Coaching Institute (DCI), becoming a certified Soul Purpose (Dharma) and Spiritual Life Coach — not to become someone new, but to remember who I already was.

This path required vulnerability.

Surrender.

Compassion for the parts of me shaped by abandonment, perfectionism, people-pleasing, lack of boundaries, and the belief of not being enough.

Through embodiment practices, coaching, journalling, meditation, breathwork, time in nature, and conscious self-inquiry, healing began — not as a destination, but as a way of living.

I continue to walk this path with devotion.
What I Embody Now
Today, my work is rooted in presence, compassion, and reverence for each woman’s unique journey.

My Dharma Archetype is The Nurturer — I hold space with care, depth, and emotional attunement. I bring intuition, creativity, and grounded spirituality into every container I hold.

I am also a certified Reiki Master (Usui Shiki Ryoho), offering energy healing as a complementary modality to support integration, nervous system regulation, and deeper self-connection.

I believe clarity unfolds when we feel safe enough to slow down.
And purpose reveals itself when we stop striving and start listening.

How This Shapes the Way I Work With You
I don’t fix.
I don’t rush.
And I don’t lead from hierarchy.

I walk beside you — holding a deeply safe, grounded, and compassionate space for you to explore who you are becoming.

This work is about remembering your truth.
Reclaiming your self-trust.
And coming home to yourself — fully, gently, and in your own time.

If this resonates, I would love to meet you in conversation.
