Thanks for stopping by. I would like to share with you a little about myself and what led me to become a certified soul purpose (dharma) and spiritual life coach.

I made the decision to leave my corporate health job that was all consuming of my energy, and it no longer aligned with my values. This was the first time I had ever resigned from a job with no back up plan, but it felt so liberating, and I knew in my heart that the universe would support me on my journey.

I was offered a health coaching role within two weeks of resigning. This role supported me financially, and gave me the time and the environment to nurture myself, and allow me to go deep inside myself, being present, bringing awareness to the synchronicities, and listening to the subtle whispers of my soul.

After reading the book Discover Your Dharma by Sahara Rose, I was compelled to dive deeper. This beautiful soul had so much wisdom to share. An opportunity presented to enrol with the Dharma Coaching Institute (DCI) to become a certified Soul Purpose/Dharma and Spiritual Life coach.

This was not only a certification to enable helping others, but a huge journey of self-discovery. Working through my limiting beliefs and fears, and how they were holding me back from living my best life. I needed to give myself permission to be vulnerable. It was time to surrender.

Years of suppressed emotions and feelings were exploding to the surface. Abandonment, emotional disconnection, perfectionism, lack of boundaries, lack of self-love, people pleasing, being disliked, not being enough, self-sabotage; all survival and fear based. Out of alignment with my true self.

 

Working through and embodying the DCI coaching framework, coaching with my peers, and practices such as journalling, meditation, gentle breathwork, walks in nature, self-development podcasts, music, helped me to start healing and be open to creating change for myself. I continue this journey of self-discovery, personal and spiritual growth, and am beyond excited to share my knowledge, passion, purpose, insights, and the endless possibilities.
