Reiki is a Japanese natural energy healing technique that uses non-invasive touch to stimulate the body's own natural healing ability.
It works by channelling universal life force energy through from the practitioner to the client, and uses a holistic approach, treating the whole person, assisting with our physical, emotional and spiritual being.

Reiki has many healing qualities including promoting a state of relaxation, improving sleep patterns, stress reduction, enhanced self-awareness, assisting our body to cleanse toxins, helping to move blocked or stagnant energy through our body.
